Alice Mullinax
Description : Alice Mullinax was born in Richland County, Illinois, and raised on a family farm. She has lived in Parkersburg with her husband, Greg Mullinax, since their marriage. They have one son who is married and they have a two-year-old grandson. She is currently the secretary/treasurer for the Richland County 4-H Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation, and secretary/treasurer for the Public Building Commission of Richland County.
She is a member of the Ladies’ Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, past secretary and current Chaplain. She is a life member of the Future Farmers of America (FFA) Alumni and a member of Laborers’ International Union of North American (LIUNA), Laborer’s Local 1197.

She has been active in local politics for many years assisting district and state candidates. She has been a member of the Richland County Democrat Ladies group for many years and currently serves as Chairlady. She is a nineteen-year employee of the Richland County Clerk’s Office being Chief Deputy for 16 years. Her position includes the duties of voter registration and elections, county board business and tax extension. She has also volunteered to assist with the county clerk’s re-election campaigns.

She believes that her IWIL training will enable her to be more effective in her work with the county Democrat party and ladies group. She also intends to use the knowledge and skills gained to run for county office in the future.
