Soo Ji Min is the Executive Director of the Illinois Caucus on Adolescent Health (ICAH). ICAH's primary mission is to promote a positive approach to adolescent sexual health and comprehensive support for young parents. ICAH’s strategies to support this mission include development of young leaders, policy analysis and development, advocacy, and training of both youth and adults. Soo Ji is very active in the Asian American community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Asian Health Coalition of Illinois for nearly six years. She currently serves as a member of United Way's Chicago Council, the Chicago Commission on Human Relations Advisory Council on Asian Affairs, and is on the Board of the Galter Life Center and the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights. She also is a 2006 Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow. |
